Today, we celebrate the 112<span><sup>th</sup> birthday of our teacher Joe Mathews. And on the 16<span><sup>th</sup> of this month, we mark the day that he died at the age of sixty-six. Gratitude for his clarity, wisdom, and passion to serve the least, the

 last, and the lost. Now in our time of chaos, collapse, and transformation, may we each be strengthened by his words and deeds.  </span></span></div>
