Most members have fond and poignant memories of him and the following represents a collection of some thoughts shared by his colleagues: Frank was one of a kind and is being remembered with great fondness among his ICA and ToP colleagues as a perceptive, observant, true maverick, full of life and energy, an intellectual whirl, a loveable man, a gentle giant, with a unique view on life & a huge thirst for knowledge, a most enquiring mind and a legend.
</span><o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal style='mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto'><span style='font-size:14.0pt;color:#16191F'>He was also a great ‘connecter’ of ideas and people and people with ideas to each other. (I explained to my niece that he had introduced her parents to each other.) He circulated information about members such as when Ray Spencer returned to Adelaide and a printed article and interview about him. I have never heard him say a negative word about anyone.

Several great stories were told. We sang ‘Morning has broken’, ‘Amazing Grace’ and ‘Those who wait on the Lord’ and the organ in Frank’s church is loud and fabulous. The church hall was full, apart from many delicious treats, of photographs and Frank’s books and many artefacts for people to take home. Travelling light, I took a Johnny Hart 'BC Right On’ and Terry Pratchett, ‘The Dark Side of the Sun’.
