<div dir="ltr">The commissioning of the ICA GreenRise solar project is scheduled for 10:00am on Wednesday morning, September 24, 2014, with notable public figures in attendance. This has attracted widespread interest because it is the largest installation of PV solar panels on a commercial building in Chicago outside of downtown. It will generate a quarter of the building's electrical use. It is a dramatic complement to ICA's neighborhood program on local sustainability initiatives, Accelerate 77. The commissioning event will highlight work with communities, service programs of building tenants, and other Uptown organizations during an Open House. Celebrate with us, wherever you are, and attend if you can!<br>
