<br></div>Greenleaf attributes some inspiration for his thinking and writing on Servant Leadership to Brother Leo (HH).<br><br></div>Personally, I think there is a treasure trove of deep, reflective, leadership learning opportunities in many artistic expressions, in this case, fictional writing. Artistry so often reflects a Human creatures driven- ness to Care - an important distinction for any leader - in contradiction to leadership models sourced in attaining economic or political advantage.<br>

Who was the kind soul to do a recent chart of, "The Journey To The East." I have a vague recollection, but want to be certain. Finally, the 11 or 12 page chart surfaced and I hung it together and gave it a first reading. This is a wonderful overview of the book and gives a paragraph-by-paragraph report.<br>
I'm looking forward to giving it more reflective time.<br>
