team were Rose and George West. We did courses in Scotland and Ireland as
well. Later when we went to the continent we were joined by Katrin Ogilvy,
a German colleague from Australia. It was a life changing trip for

Rod, it was you and Frank who taught the course in Lancashire in '68? It's so
long ago I couldn't remember. I was the one who did the organizing of it. One of
the participants was President of the British Methodist Church several years
ago, David Gamble.

yesterday of a heart attack. They were at his Texas home. The funeral will be
held there among his family friends perhaps as early as tomorrow. At a later
date, a memorial service will be held in Chicago. As more information will be
