Sorry, Susan Fertig, "invade" is my word, and I'm sticking with it.Perhaps you are living in a different ideological bubble that is oblivious to what is actually going on now in the Chicago Invasion by ICE/National Guard troops.I wondered about that when I read your comments on mourning the death of Charlie Kirk, like he is now some kind of heroic figure.While I am horrified and shocked by an assassination, I can't embrace anything the man said or attempted to put over on frightened people. I simply quoted his totally unfeeling, non-empathic words on the practical cost of "some gun deaths every single year so that we can have the Second Amendment to protect our other God given rights." Et cetera.Live by the gun, die by the gun. "The price of freedom..."
