Judy and I took the bus downtown.  I got lost in the crowd, wandering around looking for Judy.  Found Marilyn and Alisa Oyler. Sat too far back on a low wall and did a half somersault backwards onto the ground.  I believe I was helped up by 2 demonstrators -- one pro trump, one f*** trump -- a contribution to healing??
