Remember Donald Trump? Well, as of today, he's still running! Sort of.So just why did The Donald give an emergency press conference yesterday from the Mar-a-lago ballroom? Where Trump would normallynever be in the immediate wake of an August hurricane, no less?Short answer: it's ALL fake, folks!Unlike Trump's Bedminster golf club, Mar-a-lago is gold-plated and palatial, evoking subliminal Presidential vibes. Trump can't commandeer the White House, but he desperately needs to project maximum Presidential impact. So--back to Florida, instead of hitting the campaign trail.The short version of Trump's meandering, unscripted, off-the-cuff political diatribe: Trump projects a fake Presidential authority within his peculiar House of Cards that's structured as a fragile bubble of intersecting lies.At the center of his shocking, defensive display of unacknowledged angst is Trump's mental dysfunction of which he is unaware.
