In the 2/7/23 photos, the African American man is Bishop Marcus Mathews of the United Methodist Church.  When he was Bishop of the Wyoming Conference in Pennsylvania, he had the ICA lead a planning session during their Annual Conference.  He was latter appointed to Baltimore-Washington Conference of the United Methodist Church.
