October 19-November 16: Emerging Civil Society in Authentic Discourse. Each session focuses on a local Asia Pacific successful or ongoing case study. October 23-39 : Africa ICA Conference  Africa is on the rise. The theme is Harnessing the Potential of the African Continent in Facilitating Sustainable Development.
