Can't you just picture Charles joining with his Order cronies telling stories and laughing and maybe crying about their great adventure!  I'd love to hear that conversation.  Joan Knutson

Dear Order Community,
I am writing to share the news that Charles died this afternoon in Bloomington, Indiana. Charles had dementia which had progressed during the past few months. A couple of weeks ago he fell, resulting in transfer to a nursing facility where he died today. 
Doris, Shelley and I, and our families, are grateful for his life in ways too numerous to say right now. At some point, when the pandemic crisis is no longer a threat, there will be a memorial service. We will share those details when plans are made. He was deeply loved and will be missed.
