Thanks, Jan! Look forward to any more of your reflections and your online review. Thank you for your pre-publication endorsement - the longer text appears in the book. I have been grateful to work with you over many years and to count you as a dear friend. The main OE/EI/ICA story in the book begins in 1966 and goes until 1990 in Chicago, Malaysia, South Korea, Dallas/Indiahoma, Jamaica, and Venezuela. And, gratefully, continues up to this day. What a mystery this life is.
