Thank you, dear Judy, wise woman at the young age of 75.  You mentioned “delight” as one of your next 15 year goals.  May I recommend Ross Gay’s “The Book of Delights,” a collection of essays, written each day of one year, as a record of the “small joys/delights” experienced by the award winning poet, author teacher.
