I had an e-mail from Kaira (daughter of Charles and Dawn) telling about a Preschool Mindfulness Summit coming up in which she will be one of the presenters. See link below which takes you to the main page.  I wrote to her for more info.  Her response below.  Please share with ones you know who have preschooler children or preschool grandchildren  or work with preschoolers.  I thought of Fifth City Preschool teachers if anyone has e-mail contact. Message: Kaira, How exciting to see your photo. You visited our home in Va a number of years ago with a friend. You both were into a specialized dance form that I was not familiar with, something like a martial art. I'm interested in listening to your event at the end of January. It says free. We only have one preschooler in the family now, Jeremiah's youngest, but it seems like it could be very helpful. They live in Seville, but are very English speaking. They are on a different time zone there, 6 hours ahead of us in NC. My sister Diane Galbreath who was an ICA Guardian and worked at the camp with me one summer has 5 preschool grandchildren. How can we sign up for your part of the program? Lynda

We live in the same town as our son John and his four children. They have all reached 14, 13, and 11, but they could probably use a bit of mindfulness as well.
