Seems like only recently have I and others have cime to value Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs. This model which includes transcendence, appears to describe how we, the social pioneers, we're drawn out to that point of the no longer and the not yet. And so did he, but never published it. Transcendence as a basic need sure correlates with my life's journey.
