[Oe List ...] Betty Mc Gee has passed away and funeral details

Dear colleagues,

We want to let you know, that Betty died peacefully on Monday morning. We
had chatted with Jan the day before, and Betty was comfortable. 

 

Betty, who was a formerly a Sister of Mercy,  worked tirelessly and
creatively in both education and in the field of personal development,
throughout her life.  

Jan Hughes, Betty's long term companion was by her side until the final
moments, when Betty went to be with the angels. Betty was a highly respected
long term member of the EI/ICA. 

 

Her beautiful way with her garden speaks of the gentle, deep spirit woman
Betty was. Although she has been ill for some time, Betty will be sadly
missed.

Betty's funeral will be at St Joseph's Catholic Church, 140 Wangi Rd Toronto
(Kilaben Bay)   at 1pm this Thursday 20th  September.
