[Oe List ...] 6th Grade Trip - Rite of Passage Journeys

In 1980 the 6th grade trip trip was to the Boundary Waters in Minnesota.
Our son David Lindblad and probably George Hawley were on the trip that was
led by the Bergdalls and a couple other folks.  They portaged a lot of
canoes and Dave felt a sense of accomplishment. I think they had one night
alone as part of the experience. We left on a family trip right after he
finished and I don't remember how long their trip was.  Bergdalls probably
do.

We are living in Cincinnati OH and enjoying watching Dave's second daughter
play varsity soccer as a freshman along with her cousin the goalie. His
oldest daughter just entered Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.  I am
currently pulling together our Metro Records for the Archives.
