Here is an article from a Minnesota publication which speaks about the recent General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church, USA action taken at their June meeting in Portland, Oregon. It "repudiates" or stands against what is known as the Doctrine of Discovery. The article highlights the testimony of Elona Street-Stewart, Executive for Synod of Lakes & Prairies, the first Native American and Native American woman to hold this office in the denomination.
