[Oe List ...] Where did our on-line community go?

Thank you, Tim, for all you've done for our community in diaspora.

I was glad to hear from you and Bill, Nan, and will pray for his continued response to energy healing. I believe it beneficial to my healing from Stage III lymphoma. Still trade sessions with people in my healing group.

Thanks for your share, A.M. I found this interesting article on the Bemer Mat:  http://www.dailymail.co.uk/health/article-1233932/Can-10-minutes-magnetic-bed-cure-aches-ailments.html
I probably couldn't use it because of my pacemaker. However, I do use "Earthing" technology. I think it has helped arthritis. You can google it.

One thing that prompted my original e-mail is that I recently heard from Doug Rozendal. He'd picked up a used copy of my book and wrote me a note of appreciation. Our correspondence led to an invitation for me to speak at his congregation,  Encino Presbyterian, which, like many, is aging and facing health and end-of-life issues. I looked back at the dissertation on which my book was based and was struck again with how much the response of this community to my prayer request supported and lifted me up.

Now I must finish cutting and chopping vegetables for a tray for a Lindsay Art Association opening and pack for a trip to Berkeley to go with my freshman Cal granddaughter to a football game. Have my "Grandma Bear" t-shirt packed. Am thinking, in typical Gemini fashion, of wearing the "Texas Native" t-shirt under it. If you watch the game on t.v., look for us.

Grace, peace and riches blessings,

Jann

Dear Bill and Nan,
So sorry to hear that.I wish Bill the very best along with colleagues around the world. He is well thought of around the world and his great contributions to Sungai Lui in Malaysia.
Natural healing has its merits, This is not a cure but may assists in his situation.None of us are getting any younger

I just came across a study that stated that 95% of our disease are related to our blood flow and the older we get the flow of our blood is slower.
There is group of German engineering and Swiss manufacturing has joined team to-gether. Dr. Klopp is the director of micro circulation  in Germany. 12 years he stumbled into a breakthrough in the circulation.
The outcome is a mat you lie on for 8 mins twice a day that helps the blood flow and get rid of the waste in our body that helps our blood
vessels to do it its job,
I had a few session on it with my doctor. It has increased in my stamina and ability to exercise that I decide to purchase my own.
The mat is bemer. I just purchased it it is arriving today..
Will keep you posted.

Linda and I are living in DC. She works for US census at the corporate office in Suitland MD.
Love to hear from all of you on what is going on in your life those who can and are willing to share.

Grace,
A.M. Noel

it seems to me the decline started after the change in email procedure, where, to "respond" no longer goes to the whole community but just to the person who has sent the email.

The previous list behavior (reply goes to sender) is considered the best practice for mailing lists, but different strokes for different folks. So I have changed it back. Be aware that replies to earlier posts will still go to the sender, but replies to this or later messages should go to the lists. When I say "will go to ..."  keep in mind you can always make your reply positively go the the list by just making sure the list address (found in the footer of every message) is in the address list. I made the same change to both lists.

There is no magic to keeping the list lively, it just needs a few folks posting some interesting material from time to time. In the last few years the dialogue list had more heavy duty discussions, and some folks have told me they actually preferred this list because it was quieter. But I gave up trying to  nudge the lists one way or another years ago.

The recent news from our Adelaide colleagues concerning the completed life of Frank Bremner brought up many memories from almost 40 years ago. Susan and I were in Australia from 1974 to 1978 and knew Frank well. Our son Dietrich was born in Adelaide.

Tim
