[Oe List ...] art form conversation - election day "Where and how did your body react?"

I am not ready for a full blown reflection. Trauma is like that. While it
is happening the body is included in the processing.  My body response was
to fall asleep and wake up a couple hours later, see what was happening,
escape into An old tv series, fall asleep, wake up and check who won  Then
in shock breathe mindfully until sleep blessed me. Upon awaking I wanted
grits and eggs instead of oatmeal.  Fed cats, exercised and walked and
finally accepted the new reality after Hillary's speech. Now the grieving
can begin and thus conversation will facilitate healing of PTSD. What next?
