[Oe List ...] Shirley Snelling remembrances, service, and appreciation

Hello colleagues.


We celebrated Shirley Snelling’s completed life last Thursday evening at Park Hill United Methodist Church in Denver. Alan Heckman (Shirley’s grandson), Dr. Tom Wolfe (President of the Iliff School of Theology), and I (an Iliff classmate of Shirley’s in 1964) offered appreciations. Clarence was present with members of his family. Shirley’s family (John, Cynthia, and Anita and their families) were also present, along with members of Park Hill UMCh, where Clarence and Shirley were members, and EI/OE/ICA colleagues.

I’ve attached a compilation of your email remembrances, the service booklet, and my appreciation. Apologies if any of your remembrances of Shirley didn’t make it into this compilation. Send them to me and I’ll add them to the compilation I’ll share with the families.
