[Oe List ...] Directory Subscription renewal

I remember the stack of 11" x 14" sheets that were in the print shop with  
the "Order" cross printed on them in anticipation of announcing the death of 
a  colleague, and thinking, "I wonder how far down am I in that stack?"  So 
 glad I haven't risen to the top yet!
