I caught this video of Obama with his campaign staff, predicting the difference they will make in the future, wherever they may be as a result of the capacities they developed as organizers out of working on his campaigns.  Reminded me to say a deep thanks to those of you who made up the EI, OE, ICA, etc.  And all of its crazy campaigns, structures, models, jargons, songs, hand gestures, and especially people and work to do.  You shaped, and continue to shape my life and the life of my family.     Thanks.
