I've been looking into the Cynefin framework (see: https://thecynefin.co/) and particularly the EU fieldbook developed in collaboration with Cynefin on managing complexity (and chaos) in times of crisis (https://op.europa.eu/en/publication-detail/-/publication/712438d0-8c55-11eb-b85c-01aa75ed71a1https://op.europa.eu/en/publication-detail/-/publication/712438d0-8c55-11eb-b85c-01aa75ed71a1).
