At 10 am, Ted Wysocki will join us with some introductory remarks. By Monday afternoon, we will break out into teams and begin our work, with some participants in the GreenRise and Google Hangouts with those not able to attend physically. Every day will end at around 5 pm with a short wine and cheese and an opportunity to reconnect with each other and exchange gems from the day. On Thursday, we plan a special celebration after our work. By Friday morning, we’re asking teams to complete their work and a report on it. On Friday afternoon we’ll gather in the Bonhoeffer room at 1 pm to set up for final reports. At 2 pm we’ll hear final reports from each of the teams and have some dialogue. Both Monday’s and Friday’s plenaries will be broadcast via Google Hangouts on Air/Youtube to ensure the fullest possible participation. These will also be recorded for addition to the Archive’s materials.

NOTE: If you have any questions about the work or if any of you are interested in being a part of the sojourn, please contact the people listed as team leadership.
