<div dir="ltr">I have heard from Sandy Conant, Frank's former wife, that Frank died earlier this week in Nairobi. He endured major medical issues for several years and apparently they all caught up with him.
<div><br>
</div>
<div>After the Order entered into its diaspora, I worked closely with Frank for many years during the 1990s on various consulting assignments across Africa. Frank was a very creative, and often stubborn, man. I celebrate with you his completed life.</div>
