We really don’t have a way to handle boxes of new/old stuff into Chicago. We got all the Phoenix file cabinets and have spent a lot of time just seeing what is there. It’s a big job. Also the Grows have sent in stuff. We’re trying not to do that any more, thus this Team for the GARA. So I would suggest two things, sign up for being part of that experiment at the GARA site (coming to you soon via email) and secondly go ahead and begin a inventory list so you know what you have that might be “gems” for history.</div><div><br></div><div>Jack</div><div><br></div><div>Jack<br><div><div>On Jul 30, 2014, at 12:02 PM, Sherwood Shankland <<a href="mailto:sherwoodshankland@comcast.net">sherwoodshankland@comcast.net</a>> wrote:</div><br class="Apple-interchange-newline"><blockquote type="cite"><div lang="EN-US" link="blue" vlink="purple" style="font-family: Helvetica; font-size: 14px; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; letter-spacing: normal; line-height: normal; orphans: auto; text-align: start; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: auto; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px;"><div class="WordSection1" style="page: WordSection1;"><div style="margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: rgb(31, 73, 125);">Jack, Jim etc.<o:p></o:p></span></div><div style="margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: rgb(31, 73, 125);">On a logistical note: Should we be shipping boxes of files to Chicago; or just create and outline of stuff on hand and send along a few examples?<o:p></o:p></span></div><div style="margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: rgb(31, 73, 125);">Sherwood<o:p></o:p></span></div><div style="margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;"><a name="_MailEndCompose"><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: rgb(31, 73, 125);"> </span></a></div><div><div style="border-style: solid none none; border-top-color: rgb(181, 196, 223); border-top-width: 1pt; padding: 3pt 0in 0in;"><div style="margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;"><b><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif;">From:</span></b><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif;"><span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>Jack Gilles [<a href="mailto:jackcgilles@gmail.com">mailto:jackcgilles@gmail.com</a>]<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span><br><b>Sent:</b><span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>Wednesday, July 30, 2014 9:06 AM<br><b>To:</b><span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>Sherwood Shankland<br><b>Cc:</b><span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>James Wiegel; Gordon Harper; Frank Cookingham via Dialogue; Wendell Refior<br><b>Subject:</b><span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>Re: [Dialogue] [Oe List ...] Wanna help?<o:p></o:p></span></div></div></div><div style="margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;"><o:p> </o:p></div><div style="margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;">Sherwood,<o:p></o:p></div><div><div style="margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;"><o:p> </o:p></div></div><div><div style="margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;">That’s the kind of stuff we’re looking for, at least stuff we don’t already have.
