<div dir="ltr">Ruth's funeral will be held on Friday, August 2, 2013, at the People's Church of the Harvest, 3570 W. 5th Avenue, Chicago, IL 60624. The Wake will begin at 10:00am followed by the Funeral Service at 11:00am. Repass will take place at the 5th City Community Center, 3350 W. Jackson after the Service. <div>
<br></div><div>The family has requested that in lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the 5th City Preschool. Cheques can be sent directly to the preschool at 3411 W 5th Ave, Chicago, IL 60624. Alternatively, the donation button on the <a href="http://www.ica-usa.org">www.ica-usa.org</a> website is a mechanism for using credit cards or PayPal. Simply indicate this is in memory of Ruth and all money received will be forwarded to the Preschool.</div>
