<div id="yiv1824442289"><div dir="ltr">Marge's 85th birthday party was held today at 4750 with many people in attendance. A donor, who wishes to remain anonymous, sent a
contribution to ICA-USA for $8,500 (eight thousand five hundred dollars) with some specific instructions. To celebrate her eighty-fifth year, Marge is to designate
portions of this $8,500 contribution, in amounts as she sees fit, to the seven
major current program areas at ICA-USA. These are:<div><br></div><div>- GreenRise Uptown for creating a green culture within the largest nonprofit service center in the Midwest;</div><div><span style="font-family: Symbol;"><span><span>- </span></span></span>Resilient Communities via the “Accelerate 77” program in Chicago neighborhoods;</div>
<div><span><font class="yiv1824442289Apple-style-span" face="arial">- </font><font class="yiv1824442289Apple-style-span" face="Symbol"> </font></span>Service Learning for leadership development with university students;</div>
<div><span><font class="yiv1824442289Apple-style-span" face="arial">- </font><font class="yiv1824442289Apple-style-span" face="Symbol"> </font></span>Learning Basket for early childhood education and family literacy;</div>
<div>- International Initiatives in support of “peer-to-peer” work with other national ICAs;</div><div><span><font class="yiv1824442289Apple-style-span" face="arial">- </font></span>Global Archives for preserving and passing-on ICA wisdom to future generations;</div>
