announce Lindsey Buss's departure as President and CEO
of Martha's Table, Inc. His extraordinary leadership
skills and community work experience will have a broad
impact at the World Bank, where he will run the
philanthropic, volunteer and other community outreach
initiatives. Although we will miss Lindsey terribly,
we are incredibly proud of all that Martha's Table has
achieved during his tenure, which leaves us well
positioned to continue fulfilling our mission of
transforming lives by engaging the community in
developing sustainable solutions to

the Board of Directors conducts a search for Lindsey's
permanent successor, Michael Bartscherer, Director of
Food and Clothing Programs, will act as Interim
President. During his years at Martha's Table, Michael
has had an impressive record of success and increasing
responsibility. Before coming to Martha's Table,
Michael had a range of experience in management and
community work, from Senior Vice President for
Corporate Services at AOL, to soup kitchen and
homeless shelter volunteer. Members of the Board and
Senior Staff will also be assuming additional
responsibilities to ensure a smooth transition and
Martha's Table's continued success. We are grateful to
them all for their service and skillful
leadership.</SPAN></P>
