On the other side are a small group of millionaires and corporations that are able to control the agenda to protect their interest. In the midst of that we have two groups emerge,The Tea Party has been very effective in moving their agenda trough elective politics. The Occupy Movement has been less effective due to the fact that they have not found an effective move their agenda bound the physical limits of their encampments. Both appeal to those in economic distress. But the Tea Party only leads them to vote against their own self-interest for candidates who continue to vote on behalf of the 1%. The Occupiers have never been able to move beyond the local and unify themselves as board movement over the nation al geography. </DIV>

<DIV>What I am trying to point us toward is to create an event that do the the kind of awakement that RS-1 did. Then we need some kind of training process that can formulate a movement that can effect change on a broad horizon. Sort of like the Tea Party without the narrow reduced context but like the Occupiers that could appeal to a broad population base and appeal to the economic pain they feel. <BR></DIV>

This happens often as circumstances change - health, economic resources, people dying, new friends, new ideas, communities/institutions dying, communities/institutions showing signs of new life, etc. .
