[Dialogue] [Oe List ...] A Path Forward conversation

This Saturday we will begin a three Saturday look at Bill Parker's (and
colleagues) endeavor in Oklahoma. I have attached his write up.
I find their work inspires me to think about what is happening here in
Denver. I anticipate our conversation will provide insights not only into
what the Path Forward might be, but also what is a larger description of
what our current situation is.

We zoom at 1 pm Pacific (4 pm Eastern).
