Hello to all.

We invite you to join us in a "virtual" memorial service for Charles Hahn,
on Saturday, May 30, at 1:00 p.m. US Eastern Time.

Realizing it might be a very long time before it will feel safe to travel
and gather in large numbers, we decided to have a service now, using Zoom.
The unexpected gift of this plan is that distance will not prevent anyone
who would like to attend from joining us in celebrating Charles's life.  No
doubt, this would make Charles very happy.

There will be a Methodist memorial service followed by a virtual reception,
when brief stories and reflections will be shared by anyone who wishes to.

https://bit.ly/charleshahn.  The process is quick. In your confirmation,
you will receive a link that you will use to join us for the event.  You
will also receive a link to the event program.  We encourage you to print
this program so that you may follow along and participate in the service.
If you do not already have Zoom downloaded on your computer or device, you
will need to do so prior to the service.  This is easy to do.

One more thing.  Paul Schrijnen will be hosting the virtual reception after
the service.  If you think you might like to share a memory of Charles,
please send Paul a quick email to let him know at pschrijnen at aol.com.  Paul
wants to have a sense of how many will want to speak.  Spontaneous sharing
will also be welcome!  We ask that sharing be kept to about three minutes.

Charles loved and admired so many of you.  We hope you can help us
memorialize this great life.
