[Dialogue] Joe Mathews Dissertation on John Wesley

Do we have any insight re: HRN’s rejection of JWM’s dissertation?  Were there any notes from his dissertation committee?  One prevailing story over many early years was that the text had been accidentally burned.  Could you share how you accessed this copy?
