Hello Steve and colleagues,

ICA Denver was accredited by the University of Northern Colorado, Greeley,
to conduct the Imaginal Education course for educators between 1982-1985.
Accreditation meant public school teachers who took the course from ICA
Denver received a specific number of in-service credits towards their
required number of learning credits they had to accumulate each year.
The course was conducted several times during that period with Imaginal
Ed trainers: John Epps and Karen Wright.

LENS International, Malaysia, conducted a total of 6 days of training for
60 technical lecturers (about 20 at a time) of the Malaysia national oil
company's technical college: INSTEP, between 2000 - 2002. Training
included the ToP Group Facilitation Methods, Participatory Strategic
Planning, and Imaginal Education. Additional mentoring sessions were
conducted with the college's "change champions" as a part of major change
effort taking place to shift from "lecturing" to "learning facilitation."

LENS International, Malaysia, also conducted facilitation skills training
for about 18 heads of departments at the Universiti Technology PETRONAS
(UTP) in the early part of the 21st Century. This training consisted of
the TOP Group Facilitation Methods which they wanted to use in
facilitating more productive meetings. Another group of UTP lecturers
(about 50 in all received training in ToP Group Facilitation Methods,
Participatory Strategic Planning, and Imaginal Education. UTP was in the
midst of a transition from a diploma granting college to a 4-year degree
and graduate-degree granting university, hence found these course useful
to make the change desired.

More recently Dr. Clarence Mann and Dr. John Epps have been conducting
graduate school courses for the University of Maryland University College
in international business strategy using the ICA's social and corporate
process models as part of the course, "Managing Country Risk." John has
been teaching the course online for 15 years (as of 2014) and Clancy
before that in a classroom setting.

I hope this information is useful to your research efforts.

Regards,

Ann Epps
