[Dialogue] GreenRise successes at 4750

What great news! I remember when it seemed as if our Kemper building was
to be sold. My children were concerned -" it was the only home we had for
a while". These days, the home we had for a while is a dream ( we didn't
even imagine what it was for so long) come true with so many good things
happening to make it even greater!

In gratitude for the many hearts, minds and hands that have made the dream
become a reality.
