[Dialogue] No one is going to believe this . . .

Jim and Judy-
We remember with fondness your having entrusted your children to us while we were at Central and you were on a trek to Europe (I think) for several weeks. The twins were wonderful and so easy to care for. Big sister, Jenny, was terrific, too, because without her, we would probably have mixed up Dhondiram and Shanker repeatedly - if not permanently. She, also, always knew the right words to say to them and exactly what they needed.
I don't really think that we can stop imagining our kids as kids all of the time. Would we even want to? Sometimes, when our son, Aaron (age 30), tells a joke or makes certain gestures, I catch a glimpse of that little toddler that he once was. And, now that he has a son, it is coming round full circle. Life is good.
Ann

What a joy to receive such counsel from an older man. Both the context and the
last line. Thanks. How old are you now, Carl?
